In July 2006, Yangzhou Blue Castle Craftwork Co., Ltd. was established in a riverside town of the Grand Canal named Shaobo, which located at northeast suburb of the famous historic and cultural city Yangzhou. With convenient traffic, it only takes 3 hours for driving to Shanghai and half an hour for driving to Yangzhou Port. It is only ten kilometers far away from Suzhong Airport that is under construction.

As a professional manufacturer to design and produce plush rocking & riding toys, our annual turnover is 3 million U.S dollars while monthly producing capacity is 20 thousand. The factory manufacturing shop covers over 3,800 square meters. About 120 employees are working in our factory and over ten of them are working for professional samples designing and proofing. Samples are mainly designed by ourselves, but we also can provide sample designing and proofing according to the intention and artwork draft from customers. Professional inspecting and testing equipment contains needle detectors, pulling machine and thickness gauge etc. Manufacturing equipment includes 40 electric sewing machines, 1 cotton opener, 1 cotton-filling machine, 1 punching machine, 2 air compressors and 2 pneumatic perforating machines.

The factory has passed ISO9001 of CQC, 2008 Accreditation and American GSV Accreditation against Terrorism. Besides, quality approval certificate for export commodities, and independent applying qualification for inspection from Jiangsu Provincial Import & Export Commodities Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, have been issued to our factory.
